Huapu has one galvalume production line, which can also produce aluminum-zinc-magnesium coated coils. It is put into production in 2020,the designed annual production capacity is 300,000 tons. Production range: thickness 0.25~1.2mm, width 850~1250mm. Galvalume products are strictly in accordance with international standards, using the alloy of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon, the double-sided aluminum-zinc coating can reach 200g/m2. We can produce general-strength, medium-strength and high-strength steel coils, with surface treatment including Oiling, Chromated and Anti-fingerprint ; the products can be applied to substrate for prepaint, , roofing, light steel framed structure, cabinets and other fields.

Huapu has two prepainted production lines, which are put into production in 2020 and 2021 respectively. The designed annual production capacity is 350,000 tons. Production range: thickness 0.28~1.0mm, width 850~1250mm. We can produce printed, textured, thermal filmed and other functional coated steel, to meet the requirements of varieties, specifications, performance and surface quality in the application fields of architecture, decoration, cold storage, purification and household appliances.
